Warranty & Aftercare
Finishing your project isn't the end of our relationship. Thorn Homes has been building in Gloucestershire since 2008, and we'll still be here after your project is complete.
Every completed project comes with a formal warranty. Depending on the type of work, these generally run from around six months to two years, and we'll explain exactly what applies to your project before you sign.
If something relating to your completed project needs attention, call us first. We know how your home was built and who built it, so we're best placed to look at it and put it right.
As an FMB member, Thorn Homes can discuss access to appropriate insurance-backed warranty options through FMB Insurance where available and suitable for the work. A warranty is not automatically included with every project; any cover, price and conditions should be confirmed in the individual quotation and policy documents.
New homes can also carry a 10-year structural warranty through Build Assure. See our New Builds page for details.
